Sales Tax
Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident state. Therefore, all orders shipping within CALIFORNIA will be charged the applicable sales tax.

Shipping Fees and Taxes: Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on the invoice. Merchandise will be sent through the UPS ground shipping. Unless the customers provides us with the valid and correct tax exemption certificate. We would require that all California vendor customers, providing us with the seller’s permit number, the business name and the contact information such as the customer's name, the customer's phone number and the customer's address.
Shipping Policy
The agreement contains the terms and the conditions that apply to all purchases in the United States. By accepting the delivery of the merchandise and other products described by the invoices, the customers agree to be bound by and accept the terms and the conditions. The terms and the conditions are subject to change without the prior written notice at anytime.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Payment Terms, Orders, and Quotes: All payments are paid to the TMTrading.net. Minimum purchase (for delivery) is $300 USD. Some purchases may not be available upon the orders. Some purchases may be substituted in manufacturers; therefore there may be the differences in their packages or item numbers. We must receive the payment prior to the acceptance of the order. Payment for the order may be made by the credit card (master card or visa) unless we have agreed to the credit terms. We does take orders via fax, e-mail and telephone. Descriptions, Item Number and Quantity are needed for the orders. Any quotes given by us will only be valid for a period of time. Customer agrees to pay interest on all past-due sums at the highest rate allowed by law. Any cancelled or refused orders will be charged the 20% restocking fee.

All manufacture defect good must have prior authorization for exchanges.
All claims for shortage must be within 3 days of receiving merchandise.
For some reason we cannot fulfill your order we will refund you your money back with the same method of payment that we received from you.

Typographical Errors
